Reminds me of a very old health food joke. The Dr. told his patient he needed to eat more healthily, if he wanted to live to see his 100th birthday. That included lots of bulgar wheat muffins, wheat grass juice, broccoli & tofu. The man replied, that on a diet like that, he could very well live to see 100, but, what kind of living would that be? Better to eat steak, enjoy every bite & be happy while doing so!
