Oh Elly. This is normal clingy child behavior. April is acting just like a regular little girl. They do this sort of thing all the time and you should not be concerned that she has never done this before in the last 4 years. She is just at the right age to decide that she wants to be attached to your body 24/7. Think nothing of it.

I’ve had cats like that.

I have a Doberman like that. There’s a reason they’re called Velcro dogs…

I don’t understand why they didn’t take her to see a therapist after everything happened. It’s obviously a reflection of the event.
