He really is in love with himself. I thought it was just a summer thing.

I was looking at his defence lawyer’s face today, who has glowered the whole time, looking more like he really was just so constipated and needed a good bowel movement. Today I looked at his face and he even seemed RELIEVED and not nearly as glowering. Perhaps he’s happy he can get on with his life now. He will never scrub off the stink of this for years to come sadly……

Apparently Trump and his lawyer didn’t expect the verdict so late in the day and were laughing and joking, expecting to go home. That died quickly when the judge announced that there was a verdict.Kudos to the prosecution which did a superb job of coordinating all the bits and pieces of evidence.

Why is it going to take a month to determine the sentence? Did the court not consider this a possibility? There are only three options and if the judge didn’t consider what the sentence should be for each, he’s not doing his job!

Sorry, I can agree. To paraphrase Carl Sagan… there must be millions and millions.

It is unlikely that we will see any orange jumpsuits resulting from this trial. So far, the New York justice system has bent over backwards to be sure that Trump is treated just as any other person in his position would be treated. If they continue to do that, and they will, because they are under heavy scrutiny from both directions, he will pay a large fine, and be put on probation. He will have to have his travel plans OKd by his probation officer. Ordinarily, he wouldn’t be allowed to leave the jurisdiction, but exceptions might be made for this when necessary for business. Overseas travel will almost certainly be prohibited. Probably won’t want to campaign out of the country anyway. But, would be decidedly inconvenient and embarrassing for the president to have to skip a summit meeting in Europe because he isn’t allowed out of the country. And, no, he can’t pardon himself for this, because it is a state court and the president can only pardon federal crimes.

Of course, if he is elected, he has said he wants to be dictator for one day. And that is the day that all of his crimes, as well as the witnesses and prosecutors will simply disappear. Then, as dictator, he will decide one day wasn’t near enough.

There are honorable people in America that can’t vote for a convicted felon. They just can’t.

It’s been a long six weeks, to turn the justice system into a banana republic weapon. So proud New York should be. After Trump’s conviction, donations piled in for support to him. The America people can see what a setup this so called trial was.
