Ironically it wasn’t EATING the fruit that was the sin. God didn’t kick them out after the took a bite. It was when they realized they were naked and put on clothes. God told them to take off the clothes and Eve asked “Why?” THAT was the first sin! She questioned God and in a fit of pique he kicked them out rather than explain himself. Moral is, when it comes to religion don’t ask questions.
I’m surprised that none of the religious here are taking offense at the idea that there was a lawyer in the Garden of Eden: “How dare this cartoon suggest that God created those?”

Disobedience to God was wrong then and is still a sin today. His command to be obeyed by everyone is: “Believe on Jesus and be saved.”
