I think by “this has gone well,” Biden means he found his way to the podium.

Once again, the right insists he’s simultaneously a diabolical mastermind and a pathetic imbecile. If Stantis has acknowledged Fox’s creativity with their “facts”, continuing use of their memes is just lazy. You can make fun of Biden for trying to appear youthful, Seth Meyers does it every night.
