Just asking for those of us this side of the pond, do cops in the UK really use cctv routinely, like in Vera and Spooks/MI 5?

I never like modern tech in Andy—other comics, fine (except for Alley Oop), but I miss the old days when Andy took his bi-monthly bath in a copper tub filled with the kettle from the stove.
