So in the first 2 panels we see Louie and Raymond in the middle and aisle seats. In the last panel we see the Captain in the aisle seat. And I’m assuming they’re on a plane but instead of a flight attendant they have a manager scowling at them. And where are all the other passengers ?
My father told me this happened to him when he was a small child. For reasons known only to him he had smuggled his dog into the theater. When the lion roared the dog started barking furiously then ran up the aisle with my father running along behind him. Whether this actually happened or not I never found out. Like me, Dad never let something as inconsequential as the truth get in the way of a good story. It ran in the family. My grandfather told us that Dracula’s coffin was in the pasture behind our house, near the pond. We kids wouldn’t go anywhere near the pond after dark.

Well, since the theatre is SO crowded, I can see the need to shut ’em up.

Those dogs aren’t too smart. At least my dog would realize the MGM Lion was just on the screen, not real.

There are 10 minutes of studio and producer credits that won’t be missed.

You won’t back down, huh, Louie? Tom Petty would be proud …
