According to one commentator her games are watched at a clip of about 130% of all of the other games. If they force her out, she will be wealthy beyond belief. With her endorsements, she is playing for the fun of it. It certainly ain’t the money.
Of course there are detractors, but they only increase her star power. My wife and I watched the game on Sunday. I doubt it would have been chosen by the network if she were not playing. She played a competent game, her teammates did as well. One technical foul, I don’t remember what it was.
She makes the tide rise. All players should benefit from her future success.
I watched that game where she was fouled hard and the worst part of it is when her entire team ran up the court and left her except for the one teammate who smirked and then ran away.
In twenty years no one will remember who these women are, but I am willing to bet that at that time, they will be calling Caitlin Clark, “Coach Caitlin”, or “Coach Clark”
Seems like the beginning of getting positive attention for many is to have at least one get it first. Trying to shut down the attention of the one is likely going to stop it from growing for many.
Never heard of Caitlin Clark until the media shoved her up my @$$ this year. All the college and WNBA stars that came before and NOW all of a sudden Caitlin is going to save the WNBA. KMA!
America just needs to admit that it’s both racist and misogynistic and shut up.

Clark could leave the WNBA right now and all those that hate her will be irrelevant again.

You can’t elevate yourself by tearing down others… But it doesn’t stop people from trying.

Yes, they would rather go back to no attention than support Caitlin.

A WNBA game equates to a good male high school basketball game at its very best.At it’s worst, a cat fight of racist wannabes.
