Illegal by state & county, but some local cities allow it this week only. That leaves enforcement mostly on sales, self control & noise complaints.
I don’t appreciate them going off outside my window after I put my head on my pillow, well after 111 pm when the noise bylaw is in effect. Even turned up fully my noise machine won’t drown it out.
Don’t get a giant snake firework like they did in that South Park episode.
They have a 10 pm cutoff time here. And both the neighbors and police, respect and enforce it.
