I can’t stand soggy bread unless it is a hot roast beef sandwich like I use to get at a restaurant in our city. A slice of bread was dipped into gravy, then beef was cut off of a huge beef roast, then you had your choice if you wanted horseradish on added, then it was topped off with another slice of gravy dipped bread. It came with mashed potatoes, that had gravy added into a divot made with the gravy laddle. I wish I could go there today but the place no longer exists!

I tried rice pudding when I was desperate and clueless. Just had a tooth extraction and was in a lot of pain. Google would have been so helpful.
