Reminds me of a story that I’m not sure is true, but it does illustrate a point. Traffic court case of a crash caused by the defendant allegedly running a red light. Defendant’s lawyer discredited a witness because the witness was colorblind. Prosecutor and witness countered that the witness knew the light was red because the topmost light was on, and the topmost light is the red one. Judge ruled the witness was not credible and ruled in favor of the defendant.
After the trial, the disgruntled plaintiff ran a red light near the courthouse – forcing the defendant’s lawyer to swerve and crash his car. That lawyer was dismayed to find that the only witness was the same guy he’d just gotten ruled as not credible.

The attorney was arrested and disbarred when he attempted a pelvic examination.
