Tortie’s pretty big — almost as big as LDL. Too heavy for a bald eagle to lift! Bald eagles are a FISHING bird although they don’t turn their beaks up at smaller birds or mammals (Squirrel?) if they’re hungry enough and can catch ’em.
GOLDEN eagles, OTOH, mostly prey on small mammals.
