See yesterday full context. Basically Judge Craig Bobay ruled in favor of Martin Quintana, who wanted to them ruled a sandwich to clear out a zoning rule being unfairly applied against him.
There is enough humor in reality, IMHO, and too many conspiracy theories and unfounded charges of discrimination (plenty of real charges too, but that’s another matter) that you don’t have twist the facts in this to suggest a judge is an idiot and / or bigot for supporting tacos.
