I still have fond memories for the “Tamale Pot” in Flagstaff, AZ, which featured green chili beef stuffed sopapillas. The location was later Satchmo’s BBQ until they moved to 4th street and they still offer the best ribs in town. Now that old location is a dog groomer.
The ruling actually is helping Martin Quintana in Indiana as a neighborhood association was trying to prevent him from opening his Mexican food restaurant.
You can still call them tacos. You can still sell them for taco prices. You can sell them in places where sandwiches can legally be sold. I really don’t see the problem. Sin importancia.
