embrace yourselves everyone, a new definition for “economy” had been just coined.

This is funny because I just bought another new pair of shoes yesterday……and they were on sale! I really needed them, though!!

There’s an old saying that a woman will buy a $2 item she doesn’t need because it’s on sale for $1, whereas a man will pay $2 for a $1 item because he wants it.

Should we start nicknaming you “Imelda”? d;o)

What Ever Happened to Imelda Marcos’ 3,000 Pairs of Shoes?If there’s one thing the world knows about the Philippines’ infamous First Lady, it’s that she can’t say “no” to a pair of shoes. But where are they now?

I tend to only buy them as needed, but did at one time have an excess. I don’t go out much, so I doubt anybody would notice. Not saying I don’t buy things I ony remotely need.

In a strip of The Lockhorns some time ago, Loretta bought a bag of dog food and she says to Leroy, “Yes, I know we don’t have a dog, but Leroy, you don’t understand…it was on sale!”

Hope all is well with “Amanda” world. As I’m a daily reader I worry. I’m sure she’s just busy with another project or something. If anyone else knows more than I, please let me know.
