I’ve lived in a few tourist destinations. A good thing about most tourists is they are invested in having a nice time. They don’t want hassle and desire friendly interactions. Non aggressive and deferential.
One of the reasons I enjoy reading Wallace the Brave here is because people here can put aside their political differences and just enjoy a comic. Let’s keep politics out of this!!!
“The” seagull. As if you need to go back to feed ‘one’? They’re usually swooping down en masse at unsuspecting people while screeching and squawking. At least in this Will Henry universe, they’re not putting a hit out on anyone.
Oh, no! I used to ride the ferry from Sausalito to San Francisco. There was always a tourist who thought you could feed one seagull . It would be like “The Birds” for several miles.
Where is your proper punctuation? Why only monolinguals? What if someone is fluent in several languages but not one you speak? What sort of lingual are you? How many languages do you speak?

You don’t have to feed a seagull. Just buy a bag of french fries and he’ll take them out himself. :)

I’m surprised that Seagull hasn’t followed the couple back to the B and B for brunch.

Well, that made the seagull’s day!

Had to search for ‘taqueria’ – not a fan of Mexican. I’ll eat it if others want to go there, but never on my own…

He brings Marion along to take the pictures that he’ll never look at. We all know him or someone like him.

Had to look a second time to see how Seagull rolled up his eyes at the tourists, who took the hint.
