Amazing to me how many people will believe those outright lies. All legitimate crime statistics show a steady decrease on all categories, especially violent crime! So called “conservative” media believes making people afraid will gain them viewers and listeners.

So what proportion of (voting age) US Citizens actually watch a television that’s getting signals from a TV Channel as opposed to watching what they choose to watch delivered via the internet? I really don’t know. We do, our older kids do, and our younger kids don’t. And so far as I know, none of the grands have cable or satellite TV.

What is the basis of right wing media? Ignorance, fear, grievance, anger, cruelty, mistrust, disrespect, false equivalency, and hatred.

What are the animating values of the MAGA AKA Republican Party? Ignorance, fear, grievance, anger, cruelty, mistrust, disrespect, false equivalency, and hatred.

    A corrosive and destructive symbiosis.

Especially, in cities where those criminals were bused to.

People my area are complaining there is more crime than ever, that we never had crimes like this. The someone started posting news articles from 50-75 years ago. The difference between today and those years past, is today-everyone has video, everyone is online talking about their car being broken into, or stolen, or a business is robbed. Before we didn’t have all this “instant” media. We only got what was reported by the newspapers, radio or TV. We don’t have much more crime per capita than we did years ago, just now everyone is an instant news reporter.
