I once had a male colleague ask me how I had recently handled some guys sexually harassing me at work. I told him I spoke to my supervisor and he took care of it. His next question was “But what if it were Karl harassing you?” Ok, I asked him what was going on and it was his supervisor that would come up behind him and grab his a$$ and genital area. She was in her 40s or early 50s, and could make a sailor blush. I went with him to her supervisor and he was able to get transferred out of her department into mine. The sad thing is that while the harassment stopped, there were no other repercussions to either his harasser or mine.
