Castellanos did make new stock drawings for the Impala, with wheels and tires.
Maybe mechanics just isn’t his forte?
It’s off the block, yay
how come you never see it in the driveway on any other occasion?
One of the negatives is your stinginess, old man!
That’s a ’62 Chevy Impala.
Papá bought him the wheels & tires a couple of meses ago.
Disassemble…
It seems that sometimes some of the negatives (just) fall off.
Had a car like that once, in fact I have had three cars where the drivers door was held shut with a bungie cord…
When you’re ready for a change, a lowrider car club could adopt Baldo and help him renovate his dream car.
Poor Baldo. Very little money. Utter piece of junk given to him to bring to life. He’ll be middle aged before that thing runs.
Hello? Junk yard? I’d like to make a donation.
What is Baldo using to attach parts… Super clue?
It’s not often people import a disintegrating car from rust-belt country into L.A. They usually go the opposite direction.
He’s got tires on all four wheels, not on jacks anymore. Thats a big plus.
Negatives are one thing, but when it is actively, positively degenerating, that’s a good sign it’s time to throw in the towel.
Baldo’s father got Baldo the wheels and tires he needed to get all four. Baldo’s friend is excellent at finding spare parts at the auto junkyard. Baldo has a job that pays wages. Get it all together!
