It’s a terrible thing for all animals…

Me too buddy.

A tip to doggie parents and parents of all fur babies keep your kids in a bedroom with a loud fan and a tv or radio on to help mask the incoming artillery noise we are about to suffer through.

We all do, really. Disrupts wild life and those that need to get to work in the morning.

My cats don’t notice them, but the two dogs are terrified.

Watching them on TV with the sound off isn’t too bad.

I also think of people with PTSD. I hate fireworks. I hate war. Fireworks, IMO, glorify war. A nice laser light show, with drones. That is spectacular, and doesn’t rattle tour house and scare all your pets.

People love dogs, dogs hate fireworks. Do the math.

my big dog, Captain, was afraid of fireworks and thunder. He always hid in the bathtub during storms or fireworks. I kept a bathmat in it for him. He crossed the rainbow bridge a year ago today. The rescue dog that I got shortly after, Jessie, she has no problems with any of it.

One of my cats hates the sound of thunder & fireworks (thank goodness we don’t have too many fireworks near us. .Thunder is a different story though .)

And thunderstorms!!!

4th of July is a day set aside to celebrate just how annoying people can possibly be! Oh and yeah, it also happens to be Independence Day if anyone take the time to remember.
