We call them motormouths.
She can talk all she wishes, I am not listening.
I know one guy who must have the smallest vocabulary on earth, but he’ll talk for 90 minutes – after showing up more than an hour late for his own rally… Even his supporters are starting to walk out on him while he’s talking.
