Republicans in Ohio did the same thing that allowing anyone, anytime to carry guns would stamp out crime. Instead, the daily murders by ’’legal’’ gun owners are through the roof since the ’’legal’’ gun owners believe they have the right to kill anyone that they want to. Louisiana already has the highest murder rate, per-population, of almost any state in the union. What could go wrong with that?
You have to undergo training and get a license to drive a car, which CAN kill, but is not the main function. In many states anybody who passes the background check (or skirts it if it takes too long) gets a gun, even if they have no idea which end goes “bang.”
