Vlad, All-Mart doesn’t sell rodentia, but the K-Mart I worked at as a teen 50 years ago did.

I bought a juicer once, but found it took all the fiber out. I gave it to the Salvation Army, and make smoothies with a Vita-mix.

Is Vlad’s last name Renfield?

The little spirals around Boody’s head make me wonder… is he tasting “Kale” with a silent “K”?

What’s red and green and goes ’round and around and around? A frog in a blender.

For me, the best way to prepare kale is in a pan cooked in coconut oil; so that it easily slides off into the trash can…..
