It’s clear enough that, on the occasions when Mutt has temporarily moved into Jeff’s apartment, it’s because he’s had a falling out with Mrs. Mutt. But I’m not at all clear on what circumstances would account for Mrs. Mutt letting Jeff move into her residence.
