I caught the latest DMZ and it was a classic knucklehead show. Stanti stated that he could not understand the public’s disdain for J.D. Vance. I guess that he misses the points about being a total misogynist weasel. Ted Rall suggested that Vance is the smartest person in the room. He has said that more than once. As usual, these two geniuses continue their general contempt for women. Go search for a DMZ release where a woman is complimented. You won’t find an example. Finally, Stanti let’s Rall ramble at his worse about Russia/Ukraine war. It was Rall’s most Russophile apology on Russian ineptitude ever. My wife was laughing at this part.

The Chicago Tribune needs to boot Stanti off the comic pages.

Okay, I took a day off. Today, as “Commiela” would say, is another day. Meanwhile, Anti-Israel agitators were descending on Chicago with a fresh supply maggots and crickets. I would make the assumption the pile of ashes in the last panel represents the Windy City of Chicago in the great state of Illinois, USA after the Democrat National Convention. Reports are that 100,000+ peaceful demonstrators will hold sway

115 in Las Vegas for a solid month. And this strip is supposedly set in The Arizona Desert, where it was even hotter.

I can confirm that in Arizona this statement is not an allegory… it’s a fact… currently there is a record of temperatures over 100F in places like Phoenix.

But again…. Phoenix is known for being possibly near one of the entrances to the underworld…. so….
