How do you compete with the speed of a computer… it searches, gathers info and composes in a matter of seconds… in mathematics we use it to look like a math whiz and in English composition we rely on it to appear capable and skillful.
Do you seek an easy answer or do you work hard for an “original” answer?… Should you devour AI 100% as a “main course” or simply use it as a spice to add flavor?
AI is still not “original thought”. It is an accumulation of knowledge and applying that knowledge in a known way. It is not innovative but reactionary at the direction of human beings.
I have recently done extensive research into several subjects. ChatGBT is an excellent resource. Choosing not to use AI is like not using a dictionary or encyclopedia.
