As an avid reader and commentator on GoComics, I am deeply disappointed by the recent decision to remove comments on political cartoons. This move silences a vital part of the community—our voices. Rather than shutting down discussions, GoComics should invest in better moderation tools to foster respectful dialogue.

A big shout-out and yay to Dan Collins and his comic “Looks good on paper” for being one of the surviving platforms that still allows reader input. I urge fellow readers and cartoonists to express their support for reinstating comments. Let’s advocate for an improved platform that values our input and encourages thoughtful discourse. Together, we can ensure our voices are heard and respected.
