I used to have a cat that would play parachute with me as I made the bed with fresh linens. I miss him. That was fun even if it did take twice the time to make upthe bed.

Miss Kitty and Jasper were always so helpful when I changed the sheets on the bed. I miss those large, mysterious moving lumps under the sheets.

Does Mittens have a friend in mind for Grandma?

Maybe he could keep her company every now and then.

I’ve lived alone quite a bit in my life and greatly enjoyed it. I live with hubby now, but he knows I need to have a certain amount of alone time for my mental health

When my cats try to help me with the bed, I just walk away until they get bored.

Our Nadia loved playing with the sheets as we made the bed. After she left us, another of the posse took her place. Too sweet.

Olivia likes to “help” change my sheets. The problem is that it takes twice as long & she “wrestles” with the sheets!

It’s fun but also important to be sure the cat clears out when it’s over. Some like to hide under thick bedspreads. You don’t want to accidentally sit on one later.

At one time, I had 5 cats; there were times it took hours to get those sheets changed! I always forgot to close the bedroom door ’til after starting that little chore, when it was way too late! I miss trying to out-smart them.

A bed is not made until the cat is under the fitted sheet!
