If the cartoonist could had drawn another panel, it would have shown a huge title wave crashing onto Poncho’s “Condo”, completely destroying it, but leaving Jimmy’s construction.
I’m surprised there wasn’t some building permit shenanigans going on first, knowing Poncho. :)
