    My wife had a pair of ski boots with the foam injected with her foot in the boot. They fit perfectly.

    That reminds me of the movie “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs”. The hero, Flint Lockwood, invented spray-on shoes as a kid … and could never get them off.

    Aw, c’mon. Everyone in the plastics biz knows about release agents. Though I suggest a natural alternative —be-lard the foot before spraying the goo. (The spray-on shoe is coming, soon, unless it’s here already.)
