34C today, 36C tomorrow. Better than in the 40’s.

If Herb’’s a cook, he should already know about sweating. I had a friend that talked to me about how his chef roommate came home a sweaty every day. It got hot in that thar kictchen.

A small ice pack on the back of the neck or wrist, a cool foot soak, a quick cold shower..
