Any false alarms lately?
Not with the new smoke detectors, no.
My girlfriend does this to me, she overreacts and I come running thinking it’s something serious, she likes to cry wolf.
Time to lose the phone if you want to save your child…..
It didn’t seem to me like he was asking you to come running to help, Dad. The boy who cried wolf made everyone come running. Twice. Next time wait and see if he cries for help first.
Then lighten the exclamation, a simple ‘aw shucks’ would have been good enough without sounding alarms.
