    You should do stretching exercises, but I question whether you should do it before other activity. Sometimes a scientist will show that stretching is good, but he doesn’t test other exercise orders.

    It’s one thing not to be able to touch your toes, it’s quite another when the best attempt to do so looks like standing up straight with your arms at your sides twitching slightly.

    When I was 37 and a half years old, I decided to take my health seriously. I stopped smoking, started eating properly and started an exercise program. I did this slowly.

    I decided that if it took me 37.5 years to get out of shape, I’d spend 37.5 years getting back into shape, reaching my physical peak at age 75.
