It kinda puts the kibosh on the old “til death do us part”.

Is it legal to marry your widow’s sister?

Today, when someone says “Love is Love (is Love)”, it’s seldom just about love. Sometimes it’s not even (at all) about love.

It’s too early. (Insert dead people voting for Democrats joke here).

Typically, wedding vows are until “until death do us part.“ Does that mean that if your “unpleasant person“ of a spouse dies, and then comes back as an undead zombie, you are still married to that person forever?

This surprises me, considering how many zombies are currently on the court …

To be fair, it seems like it’s only a tough court if you can’t afford to buy the justices houses and RVs, or fly them on expensive vacations whenever you need a particular ruling

    What does “same-mortality” even mean?

Once you die, your body become property so someone could “marry” two and the state wouldn’t be able to say anything. Zombies have no legal status, so the laws of man do not apply.

One would think the law would have a bigger problem with inter-mortal marriages,
