Wow, is that a sliderule she is holding? Cool

she must be a witch! (well, or a meteorologist)

Actually used those darn things in Jr. High. By HS, we had calculators.

I had to use them in college. I hated them. Just missed calculators.

On Wednesday, Ruby first mentioned her laboratory and a reader commented, “She’s stitching together a monster there!” Today’s flash of lightening goes quite well with that suggestion.

So cute, Rover holding on to Red. Reminds of me of the first family dog, a very good looking black and white Springer Spaniel. Cute dog, he was afraid of lightning. He would jump (they don’t call them Springers for nothing) almost unto your arms and he would need to be hugged until the storm passed.

I’m thinking this new friendship isn’t working. Red and Rover love the out of doors!

Looks like school is starting a little early for Red. LOL

I’m wondering what Ruby will think of Red’s imaginative play—would she want to join him and Rover in his excursions to outer space?

Sometimes nature helps you do what you are too afraid to do without its help.

Wait 30 minutes….should be safe!!!!

Wow and she’s never bad? Her parents have high tolerance!

She is out of Red’s league.

Rover doesn’t like thunder and lightning.

I see controlling the weather is one of her superpowers.

I just don’t understand this entire strip today. Is she saying she wants to play in the rain?

Oooo she’s good, she’s very good…..

The weather is her friend.

Talk about timing. Their friendship should be exciting.
