I guess, if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.

Those yoga places are so farty. I am never going back. And I do feel fortunate that there were no electrical shorts or anyone lighting a cigarette nearby; the place would have went up like Krakatoa.

There is a legend that Hatha Yoga was inspired by a cat. Prince Hatha was a very restless young man. He noticed that his cat could rest peacefully after doing grooming stretches. He created movements that would do the same for himself.

No mat. No music.

This move is called “Playing the Cello”.

All yoga is cat yoga…. ;-)
