Rainy day?! The Lockhorns would be lucky to have enough money to put aside for a sunny day—heck, even a mildly warm 15-minute break to visit the ice cream truck is a financial stretch!

The man beside Leroy in panel five looks like the college professor who taught my introductory math and computer science classes.

Not a successful fisherman, but an honest one.

These two can’t get through a day without verbal foreplay in public.
