Got a neighbor….1st, hate it! Anyhoo we do get a garbage pickup and I haven’t seen a bear resistant trash can over there yet. Somebody will be spending time in the woods collecting their trash. I had to do it twice!

They sell the locking lid kind. Of course, when you go to throw away some dripping, staining two handed sort of refuse, the #@&$% lid is locked.

We know for FACT that Ralphs DNA won’t be found on the apple core or banana peel.

True story: I had a long-haired mini dachshund, Ireland. She was a food hound. We got a new trash can with a pedal to open the lid. She would grab the pedal and pull it over, until we got wiser and put a brick in the bottom of the can. She could still pull it around but not tip it over. Eventually, she lost interest in the garbage can. She dragged my heartstrings around for 17 years. I miss her.

Gotta be slim pickins in this household.
