Golf is a more a mental game than almost any other, even when playing alone if your head is not in the game you will spend much of your time in the rough.
Earlier today, I saw (from my car window) a man walking—or trying to walk— his either exhausted or very lazy basset hound. The dog simply wouldn’t move, and his “master” was getting very annoyed. Sort of Fred Basset in the real world.
