That’s one big pillow

What time is it? Cagney breakfast time.

My alarm would go off, cat would try to get into our bedroom, meowing at the same time.

That is exactly what my dog does [without the bowl] every single morning. She gets on top of my pillow and pats my head or sits on my hair.

Neighbors have their golden retrievers trained to eat after noon. Makes sense now.
