I saw a quote about hot chocolate by Arthur Conan Doyle. I knew it had to be wrong because only women drank hot chocolate during that time or admitted to it. It took me a while to chase down the origin of the quote. An online list of quotes had a Doyle quote right above the hot chocolate quote by someone else. Someone had transposed the quote and the author.

Dogs don’t know it’s not chocolate.
