You could go to the theater and pay $12.50/ticket, buy $10 popcorn and $5 drinks. All that and they refuse to pause while you take a potty break!

I have a library of my favorite movies (from Hollywood’s Golden Age) on the Fandango website. The costs range from $12-$20 each (a one-time payment); pretty pricey (in Leroy’s opinion), but I can see them any time I want.

That’s why I go to the public library for my movies on DVD or Blu-Ray.

Well he shouldn’t have rented a movie that apparently is a story about channel listings.

I have seen one movie in a theater in the past 13 years. That was about 5 years ago. The 40 minutes of ads before the movie started means probably another 13 years before I go again.

Looks like Leroy is out of touch with reality.

Last night I watched ‘The Thin Man’ starring William Powell and Myrna Loy. One of my favorites. It is 90 years old this year. Amazing how many things are still relevant today. Casablanca is 82. Maltese Falcon is 83. My Man Godfrey is 88. There are many newer films I love, but the ‘Golden Age’ of Hollywood is a long time ago.

If it doesn’t make you feel good, why do it.
