This reminds me of my first day of kindergarten. I think it was because I had 2 older brothers about 6 years older, so I knew what was ahead for me, and I wanted none of it.
My sister cried when she had to go to school the first time and the teacher told her she could bring a picture of her mother and put it on her desk. That cure that! (Ah, peer pressure.)
