Seems the problem today is that the definition of a woman is not longer within grasp any more, and has been replaced by pronouns…..

Don’t think it was “us” that wanted to be described as captivating. Betty did not seem to care, or think it important

Living is tough for a great many people today. And those who decide that judging and tearing down the past according to today’s standards make it tougher. I am not defending the wrongs of the past, i am saying we should learn from them. And realize the evils commtted by one culture or group were often universal, to different degrees, around the world.Words are no longer acceptable because a person who cannot spell it or define it finds it offensive. A commercial on TV can be pulled or edited because one person is offended. You are offended by a word or an idea? What if someone else is offended by your replacement words and ideas?Change can be good, change for the sake of change usually is not. How will people in the future judge you for your actions and values? And we just saw Betty’s opinion on the matter.

It’s not hard being a woman; I’ve been doing it for many years now, and doing quite well at it.
