Well you learn something new every day. I learned today that Africa does indeed have rain forests. Not sure why that surprises me. I know there is a variety of landscape on the continent, but the above is news to me. As one reference work put it…, “The Congo Basin in Central Africa contains the second-largest rainforest in the world”.
