I would think they preferred Sioux City.
I work for lawyers. Whenever you schedule a vacation (whether you’re a lawyer, a secretary, or whatever), something will come up to make your absence extremely inconvenient. The only thing to to is take your vacation when it’s scheduled.
Just wait for his open mic performance of “A Boy Named Sue”.
