April: Really? Thanks for calling, Tracey. I'll tell my mom. Guess what? Anthony an' Therese had their baby this morning. It's a girl! They're calling her Francoise! Therese doesn't want any "outside" visitors at the hospital, an' her mom is arranging a shower for them, two weeks after they get home...we'll get an invitation. Apparently she has everything, so she wants guests to bring money. Elly: Oh. April: I guess they're just being modern and practical. Elly: In that case...I wonder if they'll take plastic.

Interesting that Therese would invite any of the Pattersons to her baby shower, considering her open contempt for Elizabeth. Maybe a peace offering of sorts after Elizabeth slipped on the ice and hurt herself?
