Elly: Thanks for being such a good friend to my children. Woman: It's a pleasure. Such nice kids. It gives me something to do besides worry. I'm tired of looking after these houses, Elly. If I had all good tenants, I'd be happy. Your boy and Josf Weeder are good ones, but the people downstairs give me pains! Elly: Can't you evict them? Woman: Hah! They know their rights, Elly.
