When I worked for the USPS I sat at my case for break and noticed a postcard flat against the wall of the lowest level of sorted mail. It had gotten pushed so far back that it slipped passed the separators and out of sight. It had been there over 10 years. Gave it to Postmaster

It’s not just snail mail, it’s Failed Wales Snail Mail.

A man went to an ethnic restaurant for lunch and asked the waiter if there were any specials that day.

The waiter beamed and said, “We do have a marvelous tongue salad which our chef is very expert at preparing.”

The man said “I would never eat anything that came out of a cows mouth. I’d rather die.”

Without hesitation and without much expression, the waiter said “Then how about an egg?”

Wow! Even the tongues are bigger in Texas.

Not nearly as late as that post card, I did get a thank you letter from my nephew that was postmarked over two years before I received it. The carrier said it was lodged between the seats. That’s why I get and pay my bills online and I have a credit score in the mid 800’s.

Here in Georgia, took 29 days for a letter to go from Perry, Ga to Americus, GA. A distance of 45 mi. LOL keep this in mind the efficiency was Perry to Macon to Atlanta to ? , then Americus to Leslie then delivered!

Girl with tongue, I wonder if she has a speech impediment or super taste receptacles!

As any woman can tell you – it’s the width and not the length that makes all the difference.

Until I read the caption, I thought that was her lower lip.
