An acquaintance from my college days shaved his head, and then on pure impulse shaved his eyebrows, too. He looked like a boiled egg: totally expressionless.

About like trimming the old mustache. But I use scissors. Too much here, too much there, and then you shave it all off. It’ll be back in a few days.

Eventually Spud will confess to why he started to trim the brows. Amelia flirtingly mentioned he would be even more irresistible.

I did this to my beard once. Just a little off the top. Next thing I know, I have to shave the whole thing off. Freaked my wife out. HAHAH

Catholic School had dress code and hair code. But one kid delighted in doing stuff that wasn’t against any actual rule, but would drive them crazy. So he shaved off his eyebrows. There was nothing in the rule book that said anything about eyebrows.

DIY……not always cheaper!!!!

Okay, I have done that before while trimming my beard, so it happening with eyebrows too tracks.

“Expressionless Coconut” flavor of seltzer. I’m going to look for that in the supermarket!

Same thing happened to me as a young adult kinda. I was getting ready to hit a club and was pregaming when I noticed my brows looked shaggy. In that state of mind it was cool using an electric razor but I had to keep evening out my work until my brows were gone! Worst part? A family portrait was scheduled for a few days later and the no eyebrow look was preserved for eternity!

Find grandma’s extra-wide eyebrow pencil and draw them on like she does. (No one will ever notice – really – so lifelike.)

in the opening sequence of “In the Good Old Summertime,” Van Johnson trims his mustache right off using this same technique. I often think of it when I’m trimming my bangs!
